This is Joe Tatta, Physical Therapist, helping you to move towards better health. Today we are talking about lateral – medial epicondylitis.

The challenge with medial – lateral epicondylitis is that the tendon heals either very poorly or heals very slowly. So the thing you want to do to strengthen that tendon is called Eccentric Strengthening. There is a very special way to do that which I will show you in this video-blog.
